I teach termtime classes in Balham, Tooting and Streatham.

Iyengar yoga is suitable for all levels of students at all ages. It is known for its attention to detail and use of props to enable poses to be done more effectively at whatever level of ability.

It is most beneficial to commit to a regular yoga class because each class is different, often with a special focus on an area of the body to be worked on. This means you get a very balanced practice, regularly working every muscle in your body. There are always alternatives to do if you are tired or injured, so you leave feeling much better than when you arrived.

Spring term starts on week commencing 4th Jan 2010 and runs through until week ending 26th March 2010, with 1 week off Feb 15th to 19th for half term.

Summer term starts on week commencing 19th April 2010 and runs through until week ending 16th July 2010, with 1 week off May 31st to June 4th for half term.

Prepay per term from £12/class.

Prepaid drop-in loyalty card  £78 for 6 classes. Valid for Friday class only.

Drop-in  £15/class.
